Return Policy:

HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART appreciates your business and you have the opportunity to return the majority of the items you buy from HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART.

Please review the return policy of the store where you made any purchases that were not bought directly from HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART.

The return policies and conditions associated with promotional warranty extensions apply to your purchase, if it meets the requirements for extended warranties currently available for the product you are purchasing.

The standard return policies offer a 14-Day Return Period for Specific Products and Accessories: All Test Instruments and Test Equipment purchased directly from HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART may be returned upon request and approval by HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART within 14 calendar days of the date on the packing slip or invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid, unless you have a separate agreement with HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART.

Excluded from the return policies are consumables which are used in combination with a Test Instrument or a Test Equipment or an Industrial Production Machinery especially when their use affects the quality or the quantity of the purchased consumables.

Relevant restocking costs as well as the amount of shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund or credit.

Without prior approval from HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART any product returned to HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART may be deemed to be an unlawful return, for which a refund may not be available and HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART will not send the item back to you.

Please note: Returns after 14 calendar days may be reduced or cancelled.

In situations involving repeated returns, violations of the HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART Terms of Sale, or other unlawful behavior, HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART maintains the right to refuse any returns.

Restocking Fees: HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART may levy a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid minus shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied via a completely diminished refund or credit, unless the device is faulty or the return is a direct consequence of an incorrect shipment.

Please first get in touch with HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART Customer Care and Service Centers to obtain an RMA number for your return. Only returns with a valid RMA number can be assigned to your and processed accordingly.

Please note: In order to return a product the product must reach a HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART Customer Care and Service Center withing 14 calendar days after purchase.

Please return the goods with any media, paperwork and other materials that came with your order, all in their original packing and in like-new condition.

You need to pay for shipping the goods, insure the shipment, or assume the risk of loss or damage during transit. Upon receiving your return HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART will offer a credit or refund for the amount paid, less any applicable shipping and handling charges and restocking fees and subject to the terms of this policy.

Please remember to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage devices in the product before sending it back to HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART.

Please remove any private, proprietary, and sensitive data as well as portable storage devices including PC Cards, flash drives, and CDs. Confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return are not HIGH TECHNOLOGY MART’s responsibility.
