Ten Automatic Substrate Preparation Chamber is manufactured with highest precision to automatically apply coatings and paint films with high accuracy, high efficiency and increased user-safety. The large high resolution color touchscreen is very comfortable to read and the easy programmable paint spray motion and spray surface area selection provides high flexibility and high efficiency with vertical spray motions, horizontal spray motions and cross spray motions. A large number of preset programs assists with instant spray and coating applications and can be changed easily to fit with very specific coating spray requirements during the sample coating and the substrate preparation. The Dual-Filter Exhaust guarantees a safe and environmental friendly operation, the Inlet Air Filter guarantees a clean and standardized paint spray to achieve high accuracy and high repeatability.
